State Level Skill Competitions

Every year, the Institution gets good results in the Final Examination conducted by the Government. The Institution has received two cash awards and one certificate from the Government for the skill competition.

• 42nd state level skill competition – December 2005 was conducted in Chennai for Carpentry and Cabinet Making. Trainee Master Arockiadoss won First place with cash award of Rs. 5000/- from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Department of Employment & Training. This award was distributed to the trainee and the instructors who trained him by Regional Joint Director Mr. Rajkumar M.E., M.B.A. and Mr. L.S. Kannaiyan M.A. B.L., Municipal Chairmen, Manaparai, on Wednesday 09th August 2006.
• 43rd state level skill competition – December 2006 was conducted in many places and eligible students were sent to participate in it. In Madurai for Carpentry and Cabinet Making, Trainee Master R.SIVAKANDAN won First place with cash award of Rs. 5000/- from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Department of Employment & Training. This award was distributed to the trainee and the instructors who trained him by Rev. Bro. Dhanaraj, Provincial Superior of Trichy Province and Mr. V. Vijayakumar, Motor Vehicle Inspector of Manaparai., on Friday 10th August 2007.
• 45th state level skill competition – December 2008 was conducted in many places and eligible students were sent to participate in it. In Trichy for Machinist, Trainee Master Suresh won Second Place and received a merit certificate from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Department of Employment & Training.
• 47th state level skill competition – December 2010 was conducted in many places and eligible students were sent to participate in it. In Trichy for Machinist, Trainee Master Praveen Michal Raj won First Place and received a merit certificate from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Department of Employment & Training.
